郭帅博士系中国政法大学国际法学院讲师,毕业于荷兰莱顿大学法学院。曾任美国德州大学奥斯汀分校访问学者,瑞士日内瓦联合国贸易和发展会议(UNCTAD)顾问,并在日内瓦世界贸易组织(WTO)实习。其研究方向包括国际贸易法、国际金融法、国际破产法、科技与法律等。
