李良，中国政法大学涉外法治研究院副教授、仲裁研究院秘书长、国际经济法学院硕士生导师。任全国人大法工委法律译审专家委员会后备专家库专家、国际竞争法学术组织ASCOLA成员、北京市国际经济法研究会常务理事、北京市网络法学研究会理事、中国国际反垄断和投资研究中心成员。

Dr Liang LI is an Associate Professor and an MA supervisor at the Academy for the Rule of Law, China University of Political Science and Law. She is the Chief Secretary of the China Arbitration Institute of China University of Political Science and Law, and has been appointed by the Legislative Affairs Commission of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress as the Reserve Expert of the Legal Translation and Review Expert Committee. She is also an author at the Competition Policy International, a member of the Academic Society for Competition Law (ASCOLA), the Standing Council Member of the Beijing Society of International Economic Law, the executive member of Beijing Digital Law Research Institute, and a member of the China Institute of International Antitrust and Investment (CIIAI).

研究方向：数字平台监管、竞争法/反垄断法、数据与个人信息保护、法与经济学、科技与法律、仲裁（与竞争法的交叉问题）

Research Interests: digital platform governance, competition/antitrust law, data protection regulations/personal information protection law, law and economics, law and technology, arbitration (issues intersecting with competition law)

教育与工作经历：中国政法大法学学士、经济法学硕士（保送），剑桥大学法学博士、欧盟法PEPP项目联合培养博士、2019年哈佛法学院访问学者。曾为《剑桥国际法律期刊》团队成员，参与期刊日常事务、参与组织第七届《剑桥国际法律期刊》年会及学术会议等，是剑桥大学“法律、科技与社会研讨组”发起期成员。曾在最高人民法院、银监会、国内外著名律所和学术研究中心有实习和工作经历。

Dr Li used to be a team member of the Cambridge International Law Journal and co-organised the 7th Annual Conference of the Cambridge International Law Journal. She was a member of the Cambridge University Critical Perspectives on Law, Technology, and Society discussion group. She also had internship working experience at the Supreme People’s Court of China, China Banking Regulatory Commission, UK magic circle law firms, leading domestic law firms and research institutions.

2.Invited by the University of Oxford’s Journal of Antitrust Enforcement and the University of Hong Kong to give keynote speeches on topics including the interplay between environmental protection and competition law, antitrust enforcement in the digital economy in Mainland China, and the development of China’s Anti-Monopoly Law.

3.Invited to the Annual Conference of ASCOLA (Academic Society for Competition Law) — a leading international association in the field of competition law — to deliver a keynote speech on the theory of power in competition law, and also invited to speak at the closing ceremony.

4.Repeatedly invited to ASCOLA Asia Chapter academic conferences to deliver keynote speeches on topics such as the intersection between competition law and personal data protection.
