International students


On April 7, 2012, sponsored by the China University of Politics and International Law, Maritime Law Research Center, “The Seminar on Maritime Law” held a grand rally in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications Science and Technology Building. From mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, more than 100 people, including scholars of universities and research institutions, officials, lawyers, business representatives, associations, students, attended the meeting. The seminar was divided into morning and afternoon sessions with four academic issues. At the beginning of the meeting, the host Maritime Research Center Director, Professor Zhang Liying expressed sincere thanks to the sponsors. Professor Wu Huanning introduces guests to the meeting and extended a warm welcome.

The four academic issues are: first, the Rotterdam Rules; secondly, legal problems in maritime dispute resolution; thirdly, legal problems of Pollution of the Sea by Oil; last, piracy problems.
