On May 12 , School of International Law CUPL / School of Foreign-Related Rule of Law CUPL received a delegation led by Mr. Luo Wenli, Deputy Director of the Beijing Huairou District Municipal Justice Bureau, alongside representatives including Professor Chen Dun, Dean of the Law School of Beijing Technology and Business University (BTBU). The three parties held in-depth discussions on enhancing collaboration in building a foreign-related legal counsel team and cultivating talent in foreign-related law, aiming to further promote the legalization and internationalization development of the Huairou Science City.

Deputy Director Luo Wenli provided a detailed introduction to the project background and implementation plan for the "Foreign-Related Legal Counsel Team." School Dean Li Juqian outlined the School's disciplinary strengths in the field of foreign-related law and its achievements in talent cultivation. Vice Dean Liu Li elaborated on the composition and operational mechanisms of the School's foreign-related legal counsel team. Vice Dean Zhang Ling shared innovative approaches in foreign-related legal research. Professor Chen Dun, Dean of the BTBU Law School, expressed that BTBU would select outstanding faculty to join the foreign-related legal counsel team, providing support in areas such as foreign-related legal consultation, publicity of rule of law, and talent development.

Through this university-local government collaboration, the foreign-related legal counsel team will help the Science City break through international technical barriers and optimize its business environment, thereby providing legal support for Beijing's goal of building a global technological innovation hub.
