From May 24th to 25th, 2025, the 17th "BFSU-Wanhuida Cup" Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition was held in-person at Beijing Foreign Studies University. This year's competition attracted numerous teams from China, Vietnam, Hungary, Cambodia, Peru, Kenya, and other countries. After two days of intense competition, our university team ultimately secured the third place, along with the Best Applicant Memorial Award and the Best Respondent Memorial Award. Student Yang Zhaoxin was awarded the Best Oralist honor.
This outstanding achievement in the competition can be attributed to the university's emphasis on practical moot court training, the exceptional theoretical and practical teaching skills of our faculty, as well as the solid legal foundation and excellent English proficiency of our students.
