To assist students from the School of International Law CUPL / School of Foreign-Related Rule of Law CUPL in clarifying their course selection direction for the fall semester and precisely planning their academic development paths, the School of International Law CUPL / School of Foreign-Related Rule of Law CUPL, held a course selection guidance lecture on the afternoon of May 20th, 2025, at the Changping Campus. The lecture was presided over by Zhu Lijiang, Vice Dean of the School of International Law CUPL / School of Foreign-Related Rule of Law CUPL, and featured Associate Professor Lan Hua, who introduced international moot court competitions and related courses, as well as student Yang Wanqian, who shared his course selection experience.

Associate Professor Lan Hua provided an in-depth explanation on cultivating foreign-related legal talent and international moot court competitions and related courses, offering corresponding course selection suggestions for students at different stages of their studies.

Yang Wanqian shared the "three principles" of course selection: first, aligning with stage-specific needs; second, managing the number of courses selected; and third, basing decisions on one’s actual circumstances.

During the Q&A session, students actively raised questions regarding courses and academic planning, and Vice Dean Zhu Lijiang, along with several other faculty members, patiently addressed and responded to their inquiries.
