The team led by students from the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools program of the School of International Law CUPL / School of Foreign-Related Rule of Law CUPL recently participated in the 5th "XI'AN Arbitration Commission Cup" International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition. Demonstrating exceptional performance, solid legal expertise, and outstanding teamwork, the team successfully advanced to the final round and secured second place in the competition.

Organized by the Xi'an Arbitration Commission, the "XI'AN Arbitration Commission Cup" is one of the most influential events in China's mock arbitration field, dedicated to enhancing young legal talents' understanding and application of international arbitration rules and practices.

During the competition, the team engaged in intense debates with outstanding contestants from universities across the country. Through these practical experiences, they deepened their understanding of arbitration procedures and legal logic while improving their adaptability and ability of expression.
