On the afternoon of June 6th, 2025, the "Last Lecture" for the Class of 2025 undergraduate graduates of the School of International Law CUPL / School of Foreign-Related Rule of Law CUPL was held in Lecture Hall 5 of the Changping Campus. In attendance were the Dean of the International Law School CUPL/ School of Foreign-Related Rule of Law CUPL, representatives from the graduating class faculty, and instructors for the graduating class.
Professor Li encouraged the graduates to carry forward the fine character of CUPL’s members and march forward courageously, face setbacks and obstacles with the right attitude, make remarkable achievements in the cause of the rule of law, and write their own splendid chapters in life.
At the end of the class, Professor Li shared examples of outstanding alumni to demonstrate the contemporary responsibility and professional dedication of CUPL’s members in advancing the practice of the rule of law and participating in the construction of grassroots legal systems. He encouraged the graduates to bravely confront the challenges and difficulties in their life and to play their part in advancing China's rule of law.
May the Class of 2025 cherish the nation in their hearts, persevere in action, and dedicate their knowledge and strengths to the great endeavor of building a China under the rule of law. Like streams flowing steadfastly toward the sea, undeterred by mountains in their path, may they eventually merge into the vast ocean, radiating their unique brilliance amid the tides of our times!
