On September 4th, 2025, the orientation for the Class of 2025 undergraduates of the School of International Law CUPL / School of Foreign-Related Rule of Law CUPL was successfully held in Lecture Hall 3 of the Gewu Building on the Changping Campus. Presided over by Guan Shudan, the meeting was attended by Zhou Jialei, Deputy Secretary of the School's Party Committee; Guan Shudan, Instructor for the Class of 2025; Li Xinru, an outstanding graduate of the School; and all undergraduates of the School.
At the beginning of the meeting, Zhou Jialei first congratulated all the undergraduates and welcomed them to join the big family of the School of International Law CUPL / School of Foreign-Related Rule of Law CUPL. Subsequently, Guan Shudan made an introduction regarding the procedures and standards for applying for Party membership, a topic of interest to the new students, emphasizing common issues and important timelines. Following this, the School arranged an anti-fraud safety education session for all new students. Finally, the outstanding graduate Li Xinru shared insights on academic planning with the freshmen.
Afterwards, the School of International Law CUPL / School of Foreign-Related Rule of Law CUPL held a parents' meeting for the Class of 2025. Presided over by Zhou Jialei，the parents’ meeting was attended by Zhou Jialei, Guan Shudan, and some parents of the new undergraduates.
During the meeting, Zhou Jialei introduced the general overview of the School to the parents. Guan Shudan focused on the home-school collaboration progress concerning the mental health of new students and answered questions from parents regarding academic management and school-life adaptation.
